Born from a craving for home
Kabab Hut started with a simple, honest need: authentic desi food that was nearly impossible to find after our founders moved to the United States. More than 15 years later, that same hunger drives everything we cook in Lilburn.
One family, one kitchen
The founders left Pakistan carrying nothing more portable than memory and recipes. Kabab Hut is the restaurant they built so those flavors would never be far from home.
Recipes rooted in Punjab
Every dish traces back to original Punjabi family recipes — same spices, same technique, same halal standards the founders grew up with. Nothing softened, nothing adapted.
A community table
Word spread the way it always does with good food — person to person, table to table. Kabab Hut built a loyal following from the Pakistani and South Asian communities in Lilburn and well beyond.
